The DC Supply Schedule (DCSS) is a streamlined procurement vehicle that allows every agency in the District of Columbia government to quickly access pre-approved contractors without a full competitive solicitation. With our placement on this schedule, Innovation Horizons is now a go-to resource for DC agencies seeking high-quality training solutions — eliminating procurement red tape and accelerating time-to-delivery.
The contract is structured as an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) vehicle. That means individual agencies can issue task orders against our contract at any time during the five-year period, for the specific training services they need, when they need them.
